Does anyone know how to export a Distribution List to a
file so that I can email it to someone else?

Thanks!

Innumerable ways. Narrow the choices a bit. Will this someone else be using
Outlook or not?

MS Access has an Exchange data provider.

In MS Access, click on File->Get External Data and scroll down and select
Exchange()

Yes. It is going from Outlook 2000 in CA to a computer
that has Outlook 2000 in NY.

Then attach the DL as an Outlook item in a message in RTF format. The
recipient need only double click it and save it to put it in their Contacts
Folder

I've got the same question. When I try your
recommendation, it works for internal mail, but after
delivering to an internet address, the attachment is
blank. If I choose 'text only', it lists all the
addresses and delivers it, but not if I
choose "attachment". Any ideas on how I can get the
attachment option to display the DL?

Thanks

List the steps you used to attach the DL.
Are you certain that your message format is RTF and that the recipient is
using Outlook?
