Distribution lists

I find my distribution lists are limited to about 20 names. I understand
that the number is governed by the file size of the entries. How can I
determine the file size of each entry and reduce it?
 
Instead of reposting the same question, try reading and responding to
replies.
 
Thank you Russ. ~The reason I repeated my question is that even after over
an hour, my first question was not showing. Also, MS sent me an email with a
link to your reply but the link didn't work!
