Distribution lists

Brian,

I believe Brenda is asking a similar question I have, how do you send a
distribtion list email (outlook 2003) without the DL expanding.....keeping
the list private from everyone on the list seeing all the DL addresses.

You can't keep it from expanding. It Outlook diesn't expand it, how can it
know what addresses to use? If you want to keep the various recipients from
seeing the other addresses, put the DL in the Bcc field.
