What is the maximum # of entries that can be added to a personal distribution
list in Contacts? And, can that number be modified anywhere?
 
That is determined solely by your mail server provider, not Outlook. Ask
them.
 
In a contacts folder in an Exchange mailbox or public folder, about 120.
