I am using Outlook 2002 SR1. I have created 5 distribution
lists of Oracle users. when I send an email to one of
those distribution lists whose size is 9kb, I get the
following message: 'An Internal Support Function returned
an error'. The distribution lists contain about 50 users
each and they reside in my Contacts. Do you know why I am
getting this error and how I can get around this to use
these lists for eamils ?

Thanks-

Most likely a corrupt address within the DL.
Do your other DL's work correctly?

I found that Norton and Mcafee run 'protection' that will interfere with
the sending of e-mail. Try disabling your antivirus before sending your
e-mail to see if this is the problem.
I have not checked them. I will do so - thanks for your
attention and help.
