Distribution List

Hi:


I have a question about setting up Distribution List with Outlook 2002.

I remembered that I can set up a distribution list with earlier version of
Outlook, that only the name of the distribution list will be seen in the
recipient field.

However, I used Outlook 2002 (XP) for the same task, and it is individual
person's name and their email address will be seen vs. the distribution
list.

I know that I can use BCC but I don't think this is the right solution.

Can anyone help me on this?

Thanks, I browsed the article but a bit of confused. Will try a few times.
I think Outlook should have provided this feature - it is very good for
newsletter.

No. Outlook never put the name of the DL in the recipient field. BCC is
indeed the right solution. If you want the name of the DL in the recipient
field, here is the workaround:
