Hello,

I have a couple of question around Microsoft Outlook
2002, I have an distribution list with 1,000 email in one
computer, But now I need to transfer it to another
computer, How can I do this task?

Thanks,

Export all the email addresses to a file and move that
file to the new PC and then import them back in.

I have an addition to that problem. I did an export and
an import using a new folder under contacts for the list
(so as not to overlap the other user's original contacts
list). Now I'm trying to create a distribution list based
on that folder. On my Outlook, the folder is in the drop
down with contacts. On the other user's machine the
folder (although it shows up in their folders list) does
not show up in the drop down when adding contacts, nor do
the individual contacts show on the main contacts list.

Did you enable these subfolders as email address books?
R click > Properties > Outlook Address Book Tab

Thank you, that's what I was missing. I thought it would
default that way so I didn't check.
