I recently got XP and us OL 2002.

1.How do I build a true distribution list where I pre-set
names in a combination of To:, CC: and BCC: groupings?

2. From an existing distribution list of say 15 names,
how do I select only a few names from that list to send a
message too?

Not supported. DL's are all or none until Outlook 2003.
