Distribution list too big?

Hi everyone

I have a few computers running on a SBS4.5 network... with distribution
lists stored under the exchange public folders for all users to access.

One user who is using Windows XP - Outlook XP is trying to amend some email
addresses within the distribution list, and is getting the error about "This
distribution list has reached the maximum size for your network e-mail
server, please divide your list into separate smaller lists" or something
like that

However if the same task is performed on another computer - running outlook
97, then it works without problems.

I checked on the KB and found article Q238569 - seemingly indicating this is
an issue with outlook 2000/xp.... can anyone confirm this?

It gets confirmed already in the KB article. Why would you not trust the
official article but do trust a stranger from the newsgroup? :-S
