Imagine if every Thursday your shoes exploded if you tied them the usual

complaining.

Thanks for the reply.
When I right click the Boss' Contacts folder | Properties
Outlook Address Book is not a choice from the admin's computer. If I
do the same on the admin's own Contacts Outlook Addressbook is a
choice and "Show this folder as an email address book" is already
checked.
I checked the same on the boss computer and "Show this folder as an
email address book" is already checked on his computer. They each see
their own Contacts but the admin needs to see the boss's Contacts as a
choice to create the distribution list in the boss's Contact list.

does the admin assistant see the boss' Contacts folder in their Folder List?
If not, open it. File |Open | other user's folder.

Yes. She can see and manage his entire mailbox. Does it matter that
this situation exists in an Exchange environment. The admin is not
viewing the boss's contacts via a pst file.

If she clicks on the boss' Contacts folder and then makes a New DL, doesn't
that work?

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
