Is it possible (in an easy way) to make a distribution list of one single
mail containing about 20 recipients?

I use Outlook 2007 Pro Plus (without Contact Manager), Vista Entreprice

Thanks / Tomas

Is the list in an address header field or in the body of a message?

They are all in the header.

If the addresses are all in the To or Cc fields, then right-click in the
field, choose Select All, right click again and choose Copy (or press
CTRL-C), create a new DL, click Select Members, pusition your cursor in the
Members field and either right-clci and choose Paste or press CTRL-V. CLick
OK. Name the DL and click Save and Close.

I did nearly exactly as you described. I highlighted them and tried to copy
them over to the new ML, but just one of the email addresses was copied. I
tryed several ways to success, but ended up the sam every time - just one
email was copied.

In what way did you change the procedure? "Nearly" and "exactly" are not
the same thing. Saying "nearly" means that you did it differently than I
described. Tell me exactly what you did and exactly what you saw during the
procedure.

I don't really remeber for sure. As I can recall at this point I pretty sure
I did what you suggested. The I gave up and copied them one by one...
