Distribution List in Customised Contacts Form

HI, I have created a Public Folder with a customised form for our Corporate Contacts. I need to be able to copy an existing Distribution List from another Public Folder to the new Public Folder or at the very least create a new distribution list. However, when I try to even create a new distribution list I get "Item could not be saved to this folder". The Permissions are correct on the Public Folder. I think it has something to do with the customised form? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks
