We would like to know how to print ALL of a contacts
details in a distribution list.

Presently we have only the name and email address showing.

You can't. That's all a DL should contain. It is simply a list of email
addresses.
What is it you are trying to do? It sounds like you need an option other
than a DL.
 
Yes, I finally worked it out that I couldn't add further
fields, so I solved the problem by adding a sub-folder
under 'contacts' which works. Prints all the data. Thanks
