Distribution List Creation

It would be terrific, and currently a great frustration, to be able to
highlight everyone in the To field and then right click and select Create A
New Distribution List.

You can come close. Highlight all the addresses, right-click and choose
Copy. Then, back Outlook's main window, click New>Distribution List. Give
it a name. Click Select Members and in the Members field, right-click and
choose Paste. Click OK.
