Distribution Group settings in different versions of Outlook 2000

I have two PCs.
Laptop runs Outlook 2000 v 9.0.0.3821
Desktop runs Outlook 2000 v 9.0.0.6627

When I create a distribution list on the laptop (v 9.0.0.3821), I can select
individual eamail addresses from contacts for which I have multiple email
addresses

When I create a distribution list on the desktop (v 9.0.0.6627), I cannot do
this. It defaults to the first email for each contact, and gives me no option
to select an alternative email for that contact.

What do I need for my desktop PC to allow me the same flexibility as I have
on my laptop? SR-3 is already installed

I think it's because you're using a different mode of OL2000 on each
machine. There's discussion of the modes here:
