Distribute a Report by Email

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can distribute a
report to customers by email. These customers may not
have MS Access and probably wouldn't know how to use it if
they did.
Powerpoint has a viewer, does Access?
 
Access has the snapshot viewer for this - the viewer is included in
Microsoft Office and available for free download. Reports can be exported in
this format. An alternative would be to "print" the report to a .pdf file
using a pdf printer driver, and then email the pdf file.

You would use the SnapShot Viewer, see: Microsoft Snapshot Viewer Available
in Download Center

The users would have to have SnapShotViewer installed and you would save
your Reports in the Snapshot format.

This is not correct. For some reason when you try to install the viewer on computers that do not have Access, they ask for either an Access CD or a Windows CD. Not sure why this happens. Does anyone have any idea? MS states on the download site that you do not have to have the standard or run-time version of Access installed on your system.
