You're still not making sense. Once you have the DL in the To: field,
there
is nothing else to resolve when you hit CTRL-K.
Use the Outlook Address Book to select your DL. Place it in the To:
field.
What are you typing in the To: field before you try autoresolution? Are
you
saying that CTRL-K fails to invoke the Outlook Address Book? Fails to
display your DL? Something else?
If you just open the Outlook Address Book, do you see your DL?

The plus sign appears once you place the DL in the To: field, not
before.

I have created a distribution list in my contacts. when i type the
