Dissappearing Charts in 2007

When we are working in Powerpoint
our charts will dissappear, or parts will dissappear (i.e. fonts, scales)
usually if we close all of Powerpoint and re-open they will reappear
after we go thru crash and recovery mode
sometimes we need to keep it closed for several minutes before they reappear
any thoughts on why this is doing this
its getting very frustrating for our clients

I'd first start by running Office Diagnostics. Open PPT and go to Office
Button | PPT Options | Resources. Diagnostics are there.

Following that, do this. Just trust me on this one and give it a shot.

no all is well when we run diagnostics
I know in the Beta version this was a problem
anyone sure if this was corrected or not in the release?

Yeah, I vaguely remember that. I'm sure it was corrected -- we've not seen
reports of this issue, and I know we would have if it were still around
after release.

Did you do the printer driver thing I suggested?

I'm also wondering if it's just a display issue. Try turning hardware
acceleration down. It's a long shot, but it's easy to do.
