Dissapointed in everyway

I'm sorry to say that I've been having issues with all your new stuff
recently. Vista...what a disgrace, it doesn't work with hardly anything
running the 64 bit version. And tech support fees? Please, any other
product I have includes tech support for free. I'm definitely not paying an
extra $80 for something that should come working. I payed $300 for it not to
work, I'll be cautious next time I buy something from you guys. You treat
your customer's like dirt, you'll lose them. I'm not buying anything from
Microsoft again until you guys improve on these subjects. Thanks

There's a suggestion form on Microsoft web site and when one sends a
suggestion it [also] gets to this newsgroup so others can vote on it using
Community features. You can tell such posts from normal newsgroup posts by
message footer that reads:
