I can't keept he omputer administrator screen from going
off line & picture get real bright. I have tried Dell
Help & windows , they suggested I e-mail MSN. The other
logged on does not have any problems. I alsc contACTED
aol, NO HELP. pLEASE HELP ME.

Please restate your problem so someone can try to offer help. Also, if
there are any error messages include their text with the description of the
problem.

General guess: You have one account that has no troubles. Another that has
some kind of problem. Figure out what is different between the two - and
adjust the non-working account to be more similar to the working account.

Many times the problem will track back to an application that is allowed to
run at startup. Use Start> Run> MSCONFIG to get a list of startup items for
*each* account and compare. Use MSCONFIG to temporarily disable the startup
items to test.
