Displaying Seconds in the Time

How can I get the seconds to show up in the time? I have
played around in the regional and language options in the
control panel, and I can successfully get 24 hour time,
but I can't get the seconds to be displayed, any help?

The Windows time display does not have this capability. You need to get one
of the free third party clocks for this.
