Displaying & Printing Contacts

When I display my contacts in Outlook not all of the
information entered in the notes section is displayed.
When I print my contacts only part of this information is
printed. How can I display and print all of this
information. (The notes field I'm referring to is the
large box at the bottom of a contact. This is where I
record information relating to the contact). Thanks for
your help.
 
Use the contacts as the data source for a mail merge in Word to a new document using the catalog format.
