displaying pictures with full quality

When my browser opens up a picture, it is in poor qulity. I have to right
click and click on display image with full quality. How can I make the
explorer default to this option so I do not have to click this for every
photo.
 
If you're referring to browsing the net...

And..if you're using one of the high speed
dialup connections like NetZero or AT&T
