Displaying multiple copies of selected records

Hi, This my first ever post.

I am using Access 2000 and I am trying to display multiple copies of
selected records.

Eg: I have a query that selects some records.

Record 1
Record 2
Record 3
Record 4
Record 5
Record 6

I then manually select some of those records to print.

Eg:
Record 1
Record 2
Record 4
Record 6

I then want to specify which records to print out more than once!

eg:

Record 1 (x1)
Record 2 (x3)
Record 4 (x2)
Record 6 (x1)

Therefore my list of records to print is as follows.

Record 1
Record 2
Record 2
Record 2
Record 4
Record 4
Record 6

This then gets mail merged and printed to address labels.

Any ideas how to do this?

If you add a field to specify the quantity of each record, you can use a
Cartesian Product to generate a the number of records desired.

Your "Cartesian Product" solution worked great. A friend of mine suggested a
