Displaying cell formulas in certain cells only

I have a spreadsheet with many formulas that I want to
display, so I checked the Windows Options - Formulas
checkbox. Unfortunately, I have a date column in the
spreadsheet that now displays as a number.

Is there a way to force only certain cells to show their
formulas?

one way:
- select the cell
- hit CTRL '

One way, highlight the cells containing formulas you want to display,
Edit > Replace
Replace What =
Replace With '=
Replace All > OK
