Displaying BLOB data

I am trying to query a linked Oracle table that includes a
BLOB column. If I exclude the BLOB column from the query
of this table, I get the data just fine. But, when I
include the BLOB column, I receive the following error:

ODBC--call failed.
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager]Function sequence error
(#0)

I click on the OK button and the results display the BLOB
column empty and the other columns contain '#Name?'.

Any suggestions?

(My environment includes Win2K, Access2K, Oracle 9i)

Thanks in advance...
jeff

This really doesn't tell me what I need to know. I just
want to query a linked Oracle table, and have the query
display the content of a BLOB column. That's all I want
to do. It can't be THAT hard.

Someone, please HELP!!!

Sorry, but assuming you mean you want the content to appear in a field in a
grid, you can't. Blobs don't work that way.
