hi-

i've been diddling around with format and wrap and i
still cannot solve this problem.
My worksheet has 2 columns in it/100 rows.
i have one column with text in it and i would like the
cells in each row to show *all* the text.

i have tried wrapping the text, reducing font size
changing alignment fr top to bottom, making the column
wider, and trying to insert paragraph breaks in the text
in the formula bar... but in some of the cells, the text
is still running out, beyond the right hand margin of the
cell (you can't see the words unless you go up tothe
formula bar ie they are not in the next column cell).

It seems like there must be an easy fix (or maybe a
word/charac limit in the cells?, but I just cannot get it
to work.

I need the info to display this way , so that my
colleagues can either see the data at a glance or print
that worksheet page.

Hoping someone can help - Please and thank you!!

Mari

XL's specifications (see Help) limit the display in a cell to a
fixed 1024 characters (of 32767 total allowed). If you put in LF's
(opt-Enter), you'll find you can bypass that limit.
