Hello,
I have tried changing the sub-form to datasheet and
continuous, but that does not give me what I am looking
for. Instead of having a drop down of the products, what
I want is a list of all the products so that I can select
multiple products at the same time.
Any suggestions?
Thanks Jeff

You need to set the default view property of the subform
to datasheet or continuous form.

I am trying to figure out how to display all records in a
subform. For example, if you go into the orders form in
the sample database, how would I display all products in
the Orders Sub-Form?
Thank you.

Change the combo box to a list box, set its multiselect property to true,
and then look in Help for how to get the items.selected values from the
list, and add them as records to your order details table.
