Hello,
I have tried changing the sub-form to datasheet and
continuous, but that does not give me what I am looking
for. Instead of having a drop down of the products, what
I want is a list of all the products so that I can select
multiple products at the same time.
Any suggestions?
Thanks Jeff

You need to set the default view property of the subform
to datasheet or continuous form.

I am trying to figure out how to display all records in a
subform. For example, if you go into the orders form in
the sample database, how would I display all products in
the Orders Sub-Form?
Thank you.
