An engineer recently cam out to fix a speaker problem we had, ever since the
display on our comp has been really small. Can't fix it. When we're online,
the web page doesn't take up the whole screen, just centres itself in the
middle. any ideas?

Then call him back and have him put things right that he messed up. If you
don't tell him, he may never know.

Hello,

Probably your engineer has increased your desktop resolution.

Try this
1) Start > Control Panel > Display
2) Settings
3) Lower the "Screen Resolution" by one notch, and click Apply. keep
lowering until you get the desired size.
