When I click on my properties to bring up my wallpaper and screensaver
nothing happens. I have went to the control panel and clicked on display and
still nothing happens. Would you please tell me how to install it back on
my computer.

Run the following commands one by one from Start, Run dialog:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll
regsvr32 themeui.dll

Windows cannot find 'regsvr32/ishell32.dll' Make sure you typed the name
correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button
and then click Seardh.

That's because the command-line is incorrect. See my earlier post, copy and past it correctly.

Load Library ("themeui.dll") failed The specfied module could not be found

Missing themeui.dll explains the problem. Try running this command:

regsvr32.exe %systemroot%\system32\themeui.dll

Do you get the *same* error message as above?

Expanding a copy of Themeui.dll will fix the problem. See:
