Hi there, I'm new to using PowerPoint 2003 and need a bit of assistance...

I have a very simple slide with the 'Title and 2 column text' layout. The
text in the column placeholders is all at the same level with no
indentations. What I would like to be able to do is have the text in the
columns appear on click but at the same time. So for example, the first
bullet of each column appears on click, the second bullet of each column
appears on the next click and so on.

Is this possible or are there other options I should consider?

Ok

With the first column set you entarnce animation - on click
Now set the same animation with the second column but with previous
Use the little double downwards arrows to expand the animation entries and
drag the order of the second column so that its
Column 1a on click
column 2a with prev
column1b on click
column 2b with pre etc

Did that answer the question / help?
