Display Time based on another field value

Im trying to insert the current time in a field based on another fields value
which has 3 different values from a list box the value in this field is text.
How do I go about write the formula?

Are you working in MS Access, the relational database?

Are you trying to do this in a form (good) or directly in a table (bad)?

Are you saying the "other" field has multiple values or just one?
