When I set up an appointment, there is a section to add details/notes (a
large section at the bottom of the appointment dialog box).
Is there a way of displaying these details as part of the appointment in the
calendar view?

I have used the autopreview feature, but the reading pane takes up too much
of the screen.

It will show in the tooltip.

After furious head-scratching, andyw asked this group:

the reading pane sie can also be adjusted by clicking on top top &holding
left mouse buttonto resize up or down

I am trying to achieve this same result. When I view my Calendar, I can only
see the Subject info, I am not able to see any of the addition info in the
Details Pane. A client of mine at one time was able too, I thought she just
pasted all the info into the Subject line too make this work, but this is
not the case....

I tried Resizing the Field, but the Info from the Detail Pane still can not
been seen until you actually Open the Appointment itself...

Is there something that can be done to make this work so the client (when
printing ) can see her Calendar with ALL Info, including Detail Pane... or
is there a Third Party programm that can be installed too make this work????

Any help would be great...

Right-by the time you resize enough in outlook 2003-you might as well open
it, cause the rest of your calendar has disappeared, and when printing that
is a waste of paper and ink to print the way it displays. Outlook 2000
worked great displaying only the note section in "reading pane" area-and you
could scroll to view if several lines were used in the notes area. Hopefully
someone will see this who can input request to microsoft to allow, or tell us
how to customize to do the same in 2003. Think I'm about to uninstall 2003
and go back to 2000 office all together! Good luck to us!
