I am trying to achieve this same result. When I view my Calendar, I can only
see the Subject info, I am not able to see any of the addition info in the
Details Pane. A client of mine at one time was able too, I thought she just
pasted all the info into the Subject line too make this work, but this is
not the case....
I tried Resizing the Field, but the Info from the Detail Pane still can not
been seen until you actually Open the Appointment itself...
Is there something that can be done to make this work so the client (when
printing ) can see her Calendar with ALL Info, including Detail Pane... or
is there a Third Party programm that can be installed too make this work????
Any help would be great...

After furious head-scratching, andyw asked this group:
| When I set up an appointment, there is a section to add details/notes
| (a large section at the bottom of the appointment dialog box).
| Is there a way of displaying these details as part of the appointment
| in the calendar view?
|
| I have used the autopreview feature, but the reading pane takes up
| too much of the screen.
