When I restart after running anti-malware applications such as AVG or
Ewido in Safe Mode, my custom display settings are reset to a default
setting of some sort. This necessitates a System Restore each time and
that is a PITA.
I see that upon exiting Safe Mode, there is a brief alert indication
that Windows is "Saving Your Settings"; from which I deduce that it is
saving the default Safe Mode settings, which is not what I want.
Does anyone have a solution to this annoying problem?
