Display settings on sp-2

I just found this bug on sp-2 and still haven't found a
fix. Anyone with sp-2 installed, try changing a theme or
desktop background color and see if it hangs and gives
you a rundll32 error. I have this problem on 2 systems
and same result. I un-installed the sp-2 update on 1
system and the error went away. I was curious if anyone
else has this problem or a fix.

I'm sorry to have to report, works just fine on all my sp2 systems (home,
prof)
 
Have you checked for updated drivers for your graphics card?
 
after further investigating, I found that it was my firewall (tinypersonal)
that was the culprit. Thanks for your replies.
