I am seeking information on how to remove pictures from my
desk top display that were added and are being added
everytime I dopwnload pictures from my digital camera

The program that is loading those pictures from the camera is
misconfigured to point to the desktop instead of using a folder
created for the purpose. Fix that, using the program's options, and
new pictures will go where they belong.

To get rid of the pictures already cluttering your desktop, you can
open a Windows Explorer window (_not_ in full-screen mode), find the
folder you've created to store your pictures, and drag pictures from
the desktop to that folder.
