Oh, I suppose you wanted to know how too? Click start/run, type regedit and
click ok. Expand the plus (+) signs to reach this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Look in the right pane for Dword values that correspond to the missing tabs,
double click each and change the values from 1 to 0. If you have the
appropriate permissions on your system, this should resolve it. If not, you
need to check with the system administrator.
