Hi
After a computer shop installed a new CDR-RW-DVD Reader on my PC the text in
all the windows & icons turned faint, thin & are very hard to read.I went into
Display Properties in the Appearance,Advance. When I clicked on Active
Window,Window Text I found out that Font & Size are greyed out.I'd like to
get the old or default setting back again as it was before. Can anybody please
advice me on how to solve this problem.
Thank you very much in advance.Regards Fritz

Take it back to the repair shop and have them fix it. It sounds like
perhaps they jostled or damaged the video card in some way. Maybe it
will be just a case of reinstalling the drivers, but you should have
gotten the machine back in perfect working order.
