Hello,

Anyone familiair with 'blurred' characters in text in MS Word XP. It
concerns a character here and there.
Scrolling of the text results in simuliar movement of the flaw in the
character.

You wouldn't be using 'Clear Type' font, by chance, would you?

Well, I understand your suggestion but I do not know whether this is the
point. I'm using Arial and Times new Roman.
BTW never had it before.

Oops. I meant 'clear type', not 'clear type font'. Clear Type, is an XP
visual style for fonts. That was what I was asking. It's intended for
LCD's and looks rather blurry, to me, even on my laptop...

I went to my local reseller and changed it (for free ofcourse) for a new
card. Placed it on the mobo, no software changes and it went nice and
smooth. No problems. So, it looks like a hardware cause.>
