I have recently purchased an lcd monitor for my comp.2 days ago i noticed
that my desktop picture had moved in by an inch on the right hand sight of
the screen.
I have not lost any icons, its just thinned down.
I've searched through the display settings but havent found anything to
expand the the picture.
Would the DPI help?
Im running xp home sp2
Please help.

Try adjusting the screen using the monitors OSD (On Screen Display). The
manual provided with the monitor should have the info on how to use it to adjust
your screen settings.

Your monitor should have a magic button to reajust display. See in manual things like "autoset" etc.
