display on it's side!

my son was playing a game on the comp when he did something and now my
display is on it's side am having to write this with my head on one side( it
is slightly painful) have tried restarting and had no effect have search help
files ,apperances etc and nothing does ne one know how to get everything on
my screen back upright? the mouse is also reacting to this ,if i move the
mouse up the pointer goes right ,mouse up = pointer going down !! noone i
have called knows what to do please help !!!

Try Ctrl-Alt-Up arrow.
 
If Ken's response doesn't work, try the buttons on the front of the
monitor. One of them may be able to rotate the display.
