Can someone please tell me how I can display my front page newsletter as soon
as my customers open their email, as opposed to having an attatchment icon
to click on and then open.
Regards.

You can't control it
- depends on the user's Email settings for treating html or attachments
Best to send a text only email w/ a link to the online rich html newsletter

Email can come in any of several formats, the most popular being pure text
and HTML. Compose your email using HTML.

Ambiguity has a certain quality to it.

....in addition...

If you are going to do html email newsletters, it's easier to create them in Outlook Express than it is in Outlook because OE will embed the images in the emal so you won't have to have manually created links to images stored on the net.

In essence, you are creating stationery. Compose in FP, then link your pixs
to whatever server, go to Outlook, and go through the routine of making it
stationery.

If you have further questions, go to www.chlinfo.com click on contact and we
can further discuss.
