Display Name in Select Names list

Regarding the Knowledge Base Article 277981: OL2002: The E-mail and Fax
Notations Are Missing from the Contacts List
Step 3 says . "Click and drag the column divider to the left until it is
where you want it.". It works perfect until I click "To" in my next email
whether in the same Outlook session or a new one, then the display has reset
and again the columns are in their original default position. How do I keep
the columns where I can always see whether it is the Fax or the email name?
