Hello, I am trying to create a form where the user can manually enter in text
(in this case, name/address information for a pre-print) and then have this
info displayed on a report which is layed out to match the pre-print. I'm
kind of new to access but haven't been able to figure this one out.
Nasically right now I have the text boxes set up on the form for data entry,
and more text boxes in the report whihc i'd like to match up with the info
typed in on the form. Thanx in advance!!

** The form must be open when the report is run. **
Add an unbound text control to the report.
Set it's Control Source to:
=forms!FormName!ControlName

You can also enter your text directly into the report, without the use
of a form, if you wish.
Set the control source of an unbound control to:
=[What do you want to print?]
