Display Log Off Checkbox

The Display Log Off Checkbox that usually displays upon
pressing the Customize butten from the classis start menu,
is missing. Does anyone know how to make it appear? I
much rather see the logon/logoff dialog box than the turn
off the computer etc. thingy.
