display in inches not points

I changed my options to display in inches, however, everything shows in
inches except the paragraph space after still shows in pts, this seems to be
interferring with a custom label that I designed in Word 2000.
 
Best bet would be to work with the word newsgroup, and not one for the web
design software known as Front Page
