Display hours, minutes, seconds on a time-scale axis in Excel 2003

You can display these in the axis labels if you use the appropriate number
format. You can plot X with a resolution better than days only in an XY
chart, not in a line chart.

What is the appropriate number format to dispaly time in hours, minutes in an
