Good day everybody

I hope someone can help me with this

I have a worksheet with formulas. I need to check the all the formulas.
Instead of selecting each cell and look at the formula bar, is there a way that I can display the formula in the worksheet for easy and quick checking

We have setting for Comments display in TOOLS>OPTIONS....>VIEW>Comment&indicator to show Comment
Does Excel has a similiar setting for Formula

Thank you in advance and hope to hear from you

Have a nice day

Best regards
Julie

Ctrl `

(the key to the left of the 1)

will toggle the formula view on and off.

Julie

Tools>Options>View. Just below the "comments" section is Window Options.

Show Formulas can be checked on and off here as well as using the CRTL + `

Hi Julie,
I see you got the solution you sought [ctrl+`] , but my interpretation from the
subject alone and one that you might find extremely useful is to
display the formula in one cell that is in actual live use in another cell.
See GetFormula macro (and GetFormulaD) macro in
Show FORMULA or FORMAT of another cell

In fact I use it so often that I've added creating the formula to my
right-click menu.
