Display Error message (Vsita Not Stable)

whats up guys, i just had to replace my other grahpics card with a ATI X1600
- 256mb, but every i run a dvd or 3d application (mostly games)

my pc reboots then i always get this error
message.

STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER

STOP: 0x100000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M



now i had have had a look on what do to

but in my tab settings tab for the display, when i go to trouble shoot tab



my driver doesnt allow me to make any changes to be made to the hardware
accelertaion i.e. the whole thing is grey out, cant click nothing.

any one with any ideas here ?
 
How many times do you intend to post the same situation
using different subject lines?

What version of Vista are you using?

Have you installed the ATI drivers?

Why did you replace your video card?
