Display error due to language encoding

After completing the first scan a summary page is
displayed. On this page it says:

Last Scan Run
<data> at <time> >> View Details
.... etc


The <date> portion is incorrectly displayed on my
computer. I'm running the English version of XP Pro, but
I live in Japan and have my system local set to Japanese
(for dates, currency, etc). The <date> should show the
proper Japanese character for month, etc but instead
shows corrupted text.
